HOW IT WORKS

We work with you to schedule, plan and get the word out about your fundraising event

Attendees bring in their old and unwanted gold jewelry, sterling silver, scrap gold, broken gold chains, gold and silver coins, etc

Each person is attended to on an individual basis by one of our professional precious metal appraisers, who explain and show the process of gold appraisal

A price is offered (determined by karat, weight and that day’s market price) and the attendee chooses whether he/she would like to sell

If the attendee chooses to sell, they are paid on the spot in cash and can choose how much they would like to donate to charity. Gifts for Gold will donate a portion of the proceeds as well.
