Dear Mr. Thomas:
It is with much appreciation that I write this letter to you. The fundraiser that you organized and advertised for us, “Cash for Gold,” was a tremendous success. This event, held on June 20th through June 22nd in our parish gym went beyond our expectations. You handled all its aspects in a very professional and courteous manner. Our parishioners who voluntarily assisted you at one-hour intervals were very pleased, as were all who brought their gold to you.
This hugely successful and well-attended event netted our parish $5,050 for which I am profoundly grateful. May all your charity fundraisers be as profitable as ours.
